1. Bidding project name: vertical oxidation energy saving transformation supporting project

① Remove the original 7 sets of process tank circulating pumps and move them to the designated location;

② Install 7 sets of new circulating pumps and supporting circulating pipelines;

③ Remove the circulating PVC pipes in 7 process tanks and open 3 holes of Ф 200 in each tank body, then rebuild the PVC circulating pipes in the tanks and fix them with FRP;

④ The acid outlet pipe orifice of coloring 1 × 2 × oxidation auxiliary tank shall be redone, including 2 holes of Ф 400 and 1 hole of Ф 800 (with flange), and the anticorrosion shall be done with FRP. ;
